求助：詹姆斯库克大学（JCUA）在澳洲的声誉如何？

大家好，小弟初来乍到，有点小事向各位求教一下。
我现在正在詹姆斯库克大学新加坡国际校区念心理学学士学位，也在新加坡呆了将近3年了。现在有点想法，想转到澳洲学校本部去读。大家都知道，詹姆斯库克大学在澳洲有好几个校区，凯恩斯，汤斯维尔和布里斯班是沿海的几个校区。而我的心理学的课程设置是3年BACHELOR OF ARTS加一年HONORS DEGREE（含PASS）, 我需要把整个流程读下来才能拿到HONORS DEGREE OF BACHALOR OF PSYCHOLOGY 或者PASS DEGREE OF BACHELOR OF PSYCHOLOGY。另一个选择就是只读3年的BACHELOR OF ATRS。本来打算就拿这个3年的GEGREE就在新加坡工作的，后来发现文凭用于找工作很难，而且由于金融风暴的原因，新加坡招工首先考虑的一定是本地人或者PR，我们外国人的机会实在是十分有限。所以现在打算跑到凯恩斯或者汤斯维尔本校去读第四年（心理学只有这两个校区有）。只是我在论坛里逛了一会，并没有人提及我们学校，所以心里不是很踏实，有点担心本部的教学质量。有熟悉我们学校的朋友希望不吝赐教一二。
另外，作为我另一个选择，我还能申请其他学校的心理学HONORS DEGREE吗？手续是怎样的？
