elodge时提交材料的certified copy问题

hi 各位大侠，请问elodge提交visa申请材料时的certified copy，大家都找什么人做的啊?我一直以为可以用警察做。结果在elodge付好钱的确认信里看到如下说明，根本没提到警察。所以想请问大家都怎么做的啊？
