说实话，这套房子非常适合刚来墨尔本念书的学生，特别是年底之前提前过来读语言、念预科或其他原因提前来墨尔本的学生。以下有详细的说明。
人套间，房间里什么都有，厨房洗手间独立，家具家具齐全，水和煤气免费随便用，他们的设施是保证你空手住进来就能生活了，基本上什么都有，大到冰箱和床，小到连电饭煲和叉子，一应俱全。
这个公寓只租给学生，非学生住不进来。所以，非常安全。
最重要的，它的位置超级好，就在墨尔本大学校园内，如果你在墨大读书，9点的课你可以8点50起床还不迟到（假如不洗脸的话，呵呵）。另外，如果你是墨大的学生，这个房间还可以收到免费的墨大的无线上网信号，既省钱，又高速。
它离CITY, 维多利亚市场都是几分钟的步行距离，想热闹或想省钱都非常方便。
我现在的租金是每周215澳币，说实话，房租有点贵，但是这个公寓楼里有四分之一都是中国学生，说明物有所值。而且每到开学的时候，这个公寓前都是成群的寻租客，根本租不到，需要提前至少3个月预订才比较保险能租到房间。
我的租约是到2009年2月中旬，但是由于家中的其他事情，需要在圣诞节前离开，所以这个房子需要提前转租出去。但是，假如你有兴趣的入住的话，至少要签约到2009年的6月。当然如果你愿意长住，那可以一直住下去，一般一年一签。
所有的手续都是跟这个房子的管理机构SHA直接办理，我只负责联络和协助，所以很安全。
