Ulsan UniversitySchool of Medicine is affiliated with Aasn Medical Center (AMC in Seoul), whichis one of the largest hospitals in Korea. We are searching highly motivated,intelligent personnel for a newly starting lab, laboratory of cancer genomics.Due to the rapid development of next generation sequencing technique,significant amount of cancer genomics data is being accumulated and activeanalysis as well as functional study from these data is being followed. Our labis interested in microRNA regulation and function (target search) primarily in,but not limited to, the breast cancer. Also the epigenetic role of BRCA1 willbe studied.
The mouse model andhuman sample analysis will be actively followed up to find the clinical relevanceof the findings.

The applicant is expected toperform projects related to the main topic described above and manage the labas a lab manager.
