Your role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Estimator:
Assisting preparing initial estimating assessments of tenders
Investigating architectural drawings and doing floor plan take-offs, summarizing and allocating to correct areas with quantities & schemes
Delivering accurate and timely trade break ups of documentation to have a full understanding of the required scope of works and programme, liaising with contractors
Preparing and presenting rated and coded BOQ and / or cost plan for internal review
Competent user of BlueBeam with the ability to measure all packages

To be successful for this opportunity minimum requirements are:
Working knowledge of construction processes and details
Competent Microsoft Office Suite computer skills, particularly in Excel & Word
You will be a self-starter, passionate about the industry and understand you have a lot to learn
You will ideally have at least 6 months practical experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor looking for a long term role
You will have excellent bilingual in English & Mandarin Language skills and strong all-round communication
Experience of working within the construction industry is desirable

High attention to detail
Enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated
Efficient time management skills
A current driver's licence holder is preferred but not a must
