Store Manager

Your main responsibilities:
•Leading a talented team of up to 10 staff
•Staff management – hiring, training, rostering and coaching
•Running the busy Pizza Hut Store opened for lunch and dinner
•Stock control and ordering
•Ensuring brand standards and high level of service is maintained


What you need to succeed?
•Experience in a similar role
•Financial acumen – including ordering and stocktake
•Staff management – training, rostering, appraisals and development
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•Ability to build good relationship with staff as well as guests
•Ability to think 2 steps ahead with excellent organisational skills
