一、房屋情况简介

房屋为砖房结构，冬暖夏凉，明亮通风。坐落在Carindale安静小区，治安良好。客厅宽敞，活动空间大。

每个房间内均配有单/双人床、衣柜、书桌椅。

公共区域包括：卫浴、厨房、和超大客厅。另有沙发、餐桌椅、冰箱、微波炉、电磁炉×2、洗衣机等设施可供租户使用。

房间装有ADSL2plus, 网速快。水电网全包。

整个HOUSE仅出租3间房，不用担心拥挤或吵闹。


二、交通情况

交通便捷，步行到Carindale Shopping Center仅需5分钟。

从Carindale Shopping Center station出发，有40多条公交线路开往不同方向。其中去往CITY、South Bank方向的有200/222/204路等，均为10-15分钟一班车（高峰时段10分钟一班）；去往UQ有209路7-15分钟一班车；590/599开往Garden City。

可乘坐的主要公交车线路——

Carindale Shopping Center内配有大超市、各类餐饮和商店、电影院、健身房、图书馆、银行、MEDICARE等，应有尽有。


三、租客要求

干净，能保持自己房间和公共区域的整洁，不在房屋内及附近乱丢杂物；
安静，不吵到其他租户；准时交纳房租；
正确、合理使用房屋内的各项设施。


四、租金及租期要求

房租：单人间125/周, 大间145/周(单人)或200/周(双人)。

4个月起租，短租价格面议。

押金为3周房租。终止租房请提前4周通知。
