国内驾驶证快过期了怎么办？

驾驶证是广东 09年6月的，有效期六年，上网查了下，要本人回去换并提交体检报告，但我近期并无回国计划

不知国内驾照能换成澳洲驾照吗？还要重新考这里的驾照呢？

求帮助！！

1）国内驾照年检：如果超过有效期，1年以内可以申请补审。但是如果超过一年没有申请的话，驾照自动注销。
2）换澳洲的驾照：参考这里：http://www.qld.gov.au/transport/ ... transfer/index.html
