The house is very close (about 3-mins- walking distance ) toCarindale shopping centre and bus station. A lot of bus go to city, UQ, QUT,Sunnybank, DFO, and garden city and Griffith university. We are renting a queen size room which is fully furnished with bed, table, chair. What you need is to bring yourself and move in.
Rent is150$ including water,internet and electricity . The room is available on 14/10/15. You are welcome to call me and arrange inspection of the house.
