Hi, my friend(female) and I are renting a house at Stafford, it's a nice tidy house with 4 bedrooms and one bathroom, another toilet near laundry room. Several carparks at backyard and garage. In lounge we have couch and TV. We do have a spare guest room can offer a temporary space for your family friends stay over.

and we are only looking for ONE GIRL who is tidy and non smoker.

My house mates and I are both fully employed and friendly to talk with.

Public transportation is very convenient, bus stop is right next to the house and Stafford City Shopping centre including Big W, Bunnings, Woolworths and cinema just 5-10 min walk!!!
