做法:土豆切成丝。放在水中浸泡一会，中间换几次水，直到土豆的淀粉洗净。将土豆丝放进沸水中焯熟。至土豆丝变色捞出过凉。香菜切段，红椒切成斜刀薄片。葱白竖切成细丝.将土豆丝沥净水份，香菜红椒葱丝放在一起。适量味极鲜、醋、芝麻油、盐调成碗汁浇在蔬菜上。花椒凉油下锅，炸出香味后铲出花椒留下花椒油。将热热的花椒油浇在蔬菜。拌匀即可食用。
