Office Administrator/Bookkeeping Position

We are currectly seeking an Office administrator/bookkeeper to fill a full-time position.

Your responsiblities will include(but are not limited to):

1. Reporting directly to general manager
2. Accounts payable/receivable
3. Data entry
4. Answering the phone, contacting with suppliers by email and phone etc.
5. General admin duties as required.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel, work, outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and strong attention to detail.
Confidence in working autonomously
Ability to multitask
