I would like to show you two master rooms and two one single rooms for rent.
The house is located in Coopers Plains, near Griffiths University, bus stop and grocery stores.
The price details for the rooms are listed below
Address: 123 Hammersmiths Street, Coopers Plains
Huge master room: $220 per week for one person, it has private kitchen, bathroom and toliet, very private place to live in the garden. you have your own place for pretty much everything
Master room: $180 per week for one person, it has private bathroom and toliet plus a study area, very nice room with views
Lovely single rooms: $125 or $130 per week for one person only, wardrobe and big nice window with mountain views
All furniture, utility bills are included in the above price. Unlimited fast speed internet and two friendly female housemates currently live there are from Hong Kong and China.
