从住处步行100米 到 Indooroopilly Shopping Centre （Brisbane 西区最大的综合购物中心，有亚州食品超市和各种餐饮）。 交通非常便利，步行5分钟到汽车站，各路汽车直达UQ St Lucia 校园，市中心 CBD， QUT 校园。距Indooroopilly 火车站步行10分钟。全新装修，干净，宽敞，明亮，大窗户，全新厨房，卫生间，洗衣房， 储藏室，超大阳台。房子共有5个单人卧室，3个卫生间 。
现有一个单人房间czq，单人床和床垫，衣橱，床柜，桌椅，风扇，台灯，只和另外一个学生共用卫生间。需要和其他房客共用厨房，储藏室，洗衣机，超大阳台。房租$185每周， 包括水电无限上网 只招单人。
