One Stop Warehouse is seeking an OfficeAdministrator to assist in the smooth running of our office to ensure the teamcan work effectively in their roles.

Responsibility:

General administrative duties to ensure thesmooth running of the office

Meeting and greeting our valued clients and the ones who aren't clients (yet)

Answering phones and dealing with inquiries

Requirements:

Is well organised;

Can handle multi-task, and is not afraid to have several jobs on the go at once;

Excellent customer service skills and computer skills;

Is personable and presents well over the phone and in person
