当初就过来的时候朋友带我们去开的，真搞不懂他们的心理，还一直用到现在！我真的快被气死了！投诉又没有用，人家接线的阿3只会把你当SB！大家知道可以带号转吗？因为不想另开一个号码了，想转OPTUS，可以的吗？有什么手续？

谢谢哎，但我跟老公的是之前24个月的合约已经完了，但后来又都一起签了IPHONE，才1年，那剩下的1年该怎么处理呢？
