Woodville Gardens 区有两间单人床的房间出租哦！

该房在Woodville Gardens，附近有bus 251，252，253, 254, 254x 和 253x: 15 站路就可以到阿。8公里从城市，非常的方便哦！

附近有ArndaleShopping Centre. 里面什么都有:Coles,BigW,Woolworths,Harris Scarfe,药店,服装店,眼镜店,肉铺,咖啡店,银行,运动器材; 基本上需要的都有了。

附近也有中国杂货店。

房间里面有整套的家具，所以只要提着行李就可以进来了。包括有单人床，衣橱，床头柜，多抽屉式梳妆台，式书桌，台灯一盏。

我们的房租是：$85-$90/每周大房间。
包上网的费用:快速ADSL2+.适合学生或单身人士。
