地点：ANZAC HWY第5A 站，走路到公车站1-2分钟， 262，263，264，265,M44,248,241均到CITY，走路到COLES,KMART5分钟最多。

家具：基本全新，包括单人床，写字台，真皮写字椅，床头柜，和一个巨大的嵌入式大衣柜(适合衣服多的女生）。

家电及公用家具：煤气灶，洗碗机，烤箱，冰箱，洗衣机，电水壶，电饭煲，电视，WII游戏机，空调，一应俱全。以上提到的前5样家电-全新!公用家具包括餐桌，吧台椅，茶几，沙发，也全新。

其他:别看有这么多车可以做，给的参照街名也是个很大的街，我家这里一点也不吵，安静到要崩溃，绝对的安全安静，闹中取静。

人：这也是个很大的问题，家里除了房东不是学生以外，剩下全是阿大的，硕士生为主。租房合同使用政府统一的那种，绝不欺诈，一切按规矩办，保证彼此的合法权益。

钱：130/week, share bill，可面议，没看房子就要开始讲价的，就不要联系我了。

公交车便利,出门步行半分钟143车站,另有145,146第12站下,到uniＳＡ，阿大，city都很方便大约十来分钟车程，bus每15分一班。
步行7-10分钟就是繁华的burnside village,内有大超市colse, 饮食快餐Pizza店,服装礼品店和各式各样的百货用品店。斜对面就是乒乓球、保龄球俱乐部，还有很大的公共活动操场。
房屋外围绿化很好，房间新装修过, 很宽畅，小房间也有14平米左右，大的将近20平米。提供超大无线宽带有80G，提供所有日常用具（当然消耗品如卫生纸等除外啦）。
大房双人170全包，小房单人130全包，欢迎长租，短租也可商量。房子8月10 available，
