由于个人原因决定今年早一点儿回国看父母，所以房间现在就空出来了。

我们是想中介申请租房的，这对一般的学生很不容易，我们和一个室友都有稳定的收入，信誉良好。

家的感觉很澳洲。只要住到二月20号就可以，长住的话也可以，我们可以向中介续约，每次检查结果都很令他们满意，所以应该没有问题。

140 不包水电和宽带，但算下来每周额外费用也不过15dollars。

室友是一个澳洲专业人士和一个学会计金融的研究生（中国女学生）。

巴士1号站，再showground旁边。有近10辆不同的巴士去大学，也可以走路去做电车。其他情况和照片请联系：
