有空調設施
包水電費與瓦斯網路
可接受單人房
大約一月中旬入住
我是學生,所以如果環境合適可以接受長期住宿
另外我一個朋友將於12/29到達阿德萊德.所以如果有兩間房間一起出租就更好了
