Hurtle Square. The dreams of forest, one nice master room for rent.

房子位于city的 Hurtle Square, Pulteney St, 家门口走50米就到公车站。走5分钟到Tram车站 city south. 可坐免费Tram到city。家离Rundle Mall， China town都很近，大约15-20分钟就可以走到（视乎你走得快慢还有红绿灯帮不帮你啦)，适合在uni读书的同学或者喜欢city旺中带静，交通方便的居住环境。而且住了进来以后你会发现你会慢慢喜欢上散步，喜欢看天空。

正题：

房子一共三个房间，室友大方友善，爱打扫会做饭。
出租的房间是一个大房间，里面带一个独立的衣帽间。

厨房客厅很温馨，后门有一非常安全的车位可停，前门是一片大草坪。

房租是250块，不包水电，水电大概每人10元一周。从1月29号开始可以入住。适合couple或小情侣，如果个人经济能力允许，也非常适合单身人士落脚藏身。租房子除了是为了生存，更是为了生活。只要过来看了房间，你们一定会喜欢。因为看到的不仅是房子，还有你们未来的生活。也不敢说要寻找志同道合的室友一起生活学习，只是希望对生活有追求的人会可以在同一屋檐下一起快乐学习工作生活。房子除了地理位置吸引，环境绝对是人见人爱的。我有几个好朋友过来我家吃饭，看到我们家的房子都特别喜欢，所以希望有心想要找一个好房子找到好室友的话，欢迎过来看房。

卖广告的话就不多说了，事情眼见为实。如果有兴趣的，欢迎打电话或QQ作进一步了解。现在先上的是家里的一些照片还有大房间的照片。里面有双人床，有书桌有床头柜，带行李与现金1月29号便可以入住。
