我一个TAFE的同学是摄影师，日本人，现在STUDIO 2000 做实习生，他请我帮忙做模特，说到时给我相片，外加午饭。我答应了他，当然不是因为给我相片和午饭，因为平时关系不错，他已请我好几次了，在不顾家人的反对就去了。上周，自己带了3套衣服，脚顶高跟鞋，就这样，去帮忙了3个小时。。。

我辛苦了3个小时，总得看看那些相片吧。这周，我发短信问他相片的事，他说不能给我电子版相片，会给我冲洗出来的相片。我很诧异问他为什么，然后我被告知，这是专业摄影师的作品，不能给。我怎么感觉这怎么都像在做生意呢。第一，是他让我帮忙做模特，以给我相片为回报，这是情理之中的（我之前也有朋友让我帮忙，他们都给我相片了），我的仗义变成了利用他们的专业技术为我自己啊。
第二，午饭他也没有诚意请我吃。

短信为证，他的态度和我帮他之前完全不一样了，说话的语气，好象是我要用他的相片。怎么招都是我帮了他的忙，他怎么可以这样快的狼心狗肺呢！！！他这么没有诚意是我万万没有想到的，我的整个感觉就是被人利用和欺骗。我准备去他的公司，让他们都知道他是怎么样的一个人。

我现在不清楚，是因为这里的文化不一样公司的规定，还是他就是利用骗了我？
想问问大家，特别是专业的摄影师朋友们，给出出注意，凝聚大家的智慧去对付这个日本鬼子。

我一直没有任何种族歧视，但是，现在终于明白了，日本鬼子太可狠了。。。。！真的！！

如果是付费的话，一般是会签一个Release Form的，因为你付钱给模特，应该有权利使用她的照片来产生利润，这个权利和义务是对等的，也就是我们说的商业行为。
就现在的情况来看，首先一点，他没法使用你的照片来获取利润，如果你见到你的照片被商业使用的话，比如用在POSTER，杂志等等，完全可以上庭告他，澳州对肖像权使用的管理还是很严的。
我觉得你最主要气愤的是，他没有遵守诺言，但这个事，如果没有书面协议的话，确实比较难办。也劝LZ宽宽心，三个小时能认清一个人，这个代价还是能接受的。

這個Studio 2000 是用做sale 的方式去給人拍的
很多時候用說是抽獎的方式留下客戶的聯系方法
然後他們看了是不是他的target market (一般是女生, 21-25歲的) 過一段時間就打來
說是中獎免費給你拍然後累得你半死
騙你說片子很好看讓你看一眼然後就說要99 -200aud 一張
說是專業的騙人上當~ 也是不給digital 片的

我有兩三個朋友就是這樣被騙去拍了
她幸好有跟我說不然真的買了就跟被騙沒兩樣

這樣做sale 的不只studio 2000 還有好多家~~
so 不是日本人的問題是公司問題吧~ 所以他一公司的人都一樣的
他們是賣片子make commission 的
只要不被騙就行了

首先他和我是同学的关系，我还是单纯的以同学之情去帮他的，他说他需要拍摄一系列的照片给公司，以确认他是否可以留下来，被公司正式录用。他请求的我，给他HELP的~~~他说的给我相片的，拍完了，他才说，只能给我冲洗出来的。。。

那天，为了拍照保持最佳效果，我一直到1点都没有吃饭，去拍完照回来4点过了才吃饭。555。。。真的是难过和失望，以前做过模特，本人也好摄影，所以拍照整个过程都没怎么让他费劲。你知道吗？辛苦了，得到一句好话也好吧。完了，这个人居然没有感激之心。我单纯的心啊~~~耳边又响起了朋友以前经常给我念叨的一句话，好人难当，好人根本不能当。

哦，对了，在我多次问他要的时候，他居然说已经删除了，只有胶片的在冲洗后给我。整个一个超级无赖。

如果我真是中了他们销售的计，我还相对好受些。我们是同学关系，我去帮忙他，他这么做这是他这个人性的问题。我付出努力去帮了一个超级无赖。这是另一种感受。我也是现在才体会到，以后做事做人为更加小心的，很好的一堂课。真的。
