不过接下来要办老爸老妈的的，又要伤脑筋。请问一下，有没有兄弟姐妹办了父母签证的啊，一般是直接办Contributory Parent (Migrant) visa (subclass 143)， 还是先办Contributory Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 173)再转143呢？

就您刚所说的问题，我昨天打电话给了几个已经转了887拿到PR的朋友询问，奇怪的是，他们中有人就在AD找了警局做的无犯罪记录证明，有的也是去堪培拉做的police clearance，但是结果是都一样通过了移民局的审查拿到了PR，所以还是很迷茫，难道是两种随便哪个都可以吗？既然都可以，为什么不就近做个简单的就好了呢？

3. tax invoice (这个不太明白是什么意思，是PAYG吗？)

想问，如果不是自己TAKE房子，只是和人合租，租他们一间房间。这种情况，是要和房东（或者二房东）签一个租房协议，是吗？
