位于Marion 区的4房一厅大HOUSE 出租其中的三间

$100 一周包所有的水电气网路费用

交通：乘坐M44到达22站，从车站到家有两分钟路程
设施：全家具，全包，厕所和浴室是分开的，有很大的后花园，外加++++++卫星电视~{:4_151:}

网络：TPG 180G

要求：希望爱干净，安静的男生或者COUPLE入住，女生就不好意思收了，因为房东是个男生。
租期希望可从2个月至6个月，如果假期回国需要退房，只要提前两周跟房东说一声就可以了呢。

OPEN FOR INSPECTION ON 29/06/10 Tuesday after 10am till late afternoon.
