【房屋概况】
  * 东区26站，距离city约9km
  * 生活超便利！！门口就是Coles/Woolworths，及大型shopping center（内衣药店、理发店、蛋糕店、pizza店、寿司店、眼镜店、健身房等等）
  * 三房一厅大house，前后都有院子，后面还有大仓库。浴室、洗手间独立。
  * 现住一家三口（华人），小孩上小学。
  * 开放且仅开放一单人房出租，就是说，house里最多只有4个人。
  * 厨具齐全！如需要，可提供碗筷等基本用具。
  * 9月5日后可入住，至11月底。租期灵活，但仅限短租。

【通信】
  * 固定电话
  * 120G宽带（使用了无线猫，可无线上网）

【室内】
  * 两个单人间任选。
  * 主要家具包括：单人床 + 衣柜 + 书桌 + 椅子（有多个选择）+ 垃圾篓。
  * 如果是女生，还可以配梳妆台。
  * 天热可配备风扇。客厅有空调
  * 浴室有浴霸
  * 客厅有大电视

【房租】
  * 115全包（房租+水+电+煤气+宽带+固话月租）

【要求】
  无不良嗜好，作息正常。移民优先，女生优先。欢迎有意者联系看房！
