现在转租其中一间，两间里采光相对好的那间，另一间已经有一个生活规律，十分爱干净的男生在居住。房子租约至明年1月7日，如果需续租可以和公寓直接签约。目前的房租是175一周，另外一个月的utility费用为60AUD。
