房子位于Anzac HWY 和 South Road 交叉口的小路里，非主干道。安静，安全。60米走到车站，Bus stop 5 在Anzac HWY上. 130米走到超大型购物中心，有Coles（凌晨0点起开始营业至次日21点）, K-mart 邮局，药店，餐馆，快餐等，就是在Anzac HWY 上那个超大的购物中心。好了地点就不说了，阿村人都知道的~ 总之就是超级超级方便。去市中心大家心里都有数只有很短的距离，只需要很短的时间。很多学生都选择住在这个区，本人10年前也曾住在前街的学生公寓里，呵呵。

房子里有5间大卧室，2个浴室（Gas 热水器），3个厕所，（不必担心抢洗手间问题）厨房，餐厅，客厅，洗衣间，车位N个，超大前后院，草坪，绿树红花。（附图有FloorPlan）中央空调，TPG 200G ADSL2+ 不分peak 和off peak 全天候都是Peak. 受够了网络限制的你应该知道这个PLAN的超级优势！厨房是烧 Gas 的，洗碗机，全新超大冰箱。微波炉，烤箱…… 洗衣房有全新滚筒洗衣机。
