因10月底11月回国，出租一个单人间。租期到明年2月中旬。

基本情况：位于NORTH- EAST ROAD,第16站。到CITY大概10-15分钟。
         房子离车站近，大约100米。
         交通便利，2种车可以搭乘。线路不同，自由选择。271，273过阿大，205，206过KING WILLIAM.
         房间对单人来说很适合，大概18平米左右，2扇大窗户。
         家里还住着3个女生，很好相处，很爱干净，希望来住的您也爱干净。
         家具齐全，布置的很温馨,简洁。
         房租是100一周+ share bill.
         家里设备完善，空调，暖气样样都有。网是120G的。ADAM的，玩游戏不卡哦！

额一个人睡 double的床。。。
