hi i got a room, the room is avaliable at 10 th oct, and you can move in tmr,
room is in city(regency apt) ,
$200 with air con.( as the summer is coming soon, it 's really a matter to have the air con.)
your own toliet (clean),
balconey, fully furniture,
the place is really close to the city west unisa campus, and china town.(both are 10 mintues distance by walk)
people are nice and they are all uni student, you can ask for any help,
forget to mention there is cleaning lady ll look after the public area.
but you should look after your own bedroom
