大家好，我帮我的朋友打广告。她是澳洲人，人很好，她有两个房子，都在东区，出租给国际学生，一个在Magill。另一个在Restrover。去大学和城里交通都很方便。

Double Room $130.00
Desk & chair, desk lamp, TV, double bed, linen & quilt supplied, 2 chest of drawers, book shelves, bedside lamp, wardrobe, air conditioner

Single Room $125.00
Desk & chair, desk lamp, TV, single bed, linen & quilt supplied, 2 chest of drawers, bedside lamp, wardrobe

House is fully furnished. House cleaned & bed sheets washed fortnightly.
