原则上讲同居一年以上即可以申请配偶移民
但如果移民局批下来第一步也是TR, 有TR 你就会有medicare但是读书还是INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

在tr后满两年你既可以申请PR，这个时候移民局是根据您两年后的情况给PR的
也就是说你们两年后还是同居关系或是已经成为夫妻关系

如果你想拿永居的话，最直接就是跟你的男朋友结婚，然后向移民局申请以配偶身份在澳洲长居。
如果你想以同居身份申请PR的话，这个一般来说是没有保障的，大部份的年经人感情都是很短暂的，所以很难说2、3年后会发生什么事情。
