two rooms are available now. boys and girls both welcomed as long as clean , not a smoker.
rooms with bed , studying desk , chair and wardrobe . outside has fridge, oven , dish washer , macrowave, aircon , and everything for luxury life style and ulimited internet as well .

house is very near to train station , and mawson lakes uni sa compus and shopping centers , and restaurant and cafe shop . also near to the lake and bike park . good relaxing after work or study , or dinner .

long term renting can negociate the price a bit .
