扫描件是要彩色的，那样就不用公证了。如果黑白的要公正的。

所有的都要彩色扫描吗？是不是移民局规定的呀？包括账单之类的也要彩色扫描吗？

上传的文件必须要彩色原件，
黑白的只用于paper，要公证过的

好的，谢谢哦，所有的材料都要彩色的话，会不会很大啊？需要压缩的对吧？
