是签的2年的plan吗？如果是的话，申诉也没用啊，因为charge与使用与否是没什么关系的啊，就算没用也要收费啊

是2年的。charge是charge啦，可是滞纳金有办法追回吗？如果解释的话。。。
话说，我钱交了，滞纳金也罚了，原来的手机卡还是不能用。悲催

一般来说的话交完钱之后要联系一下手机公司才能恢复服务，滞纳金的话可以和手机公司协商，说明的特殊情况，应该可以退还一部分。

是3公司委托这个公司找你要账的，ADR也不知道你欠帐的原因，所以你要跟3公司解释，让3公司去找ADR说明情况

你好，合约是有效是法律文件，你签署合约后，无论你是否使用该手机，你也有责任履行条文。你应该尽快与Australian Debt Recoveries Ptd Ltd联系，说清楚你签的时候不明白合约的条文，或者可以尽量减低这笔负债。但滞纳金是要缴付的，毕竟对方是有权追讨自己的权利的。
