我12月就要回国了（可能在国内工作了），所以帮房东发帖招租！房子是house，在marion road 15 站，3居室，大房中房（都有build-in大衣柜，大穿衣镜和双人床）和小房！房子很温馨，我在这边3年都住这里，没搬过家。家附近14站有很多商店卖菜卖面包，17站有超市foodland，走2分钟是pizza店，M44可直达阿大门口，到rundle mall转一下tram可直达Unisa门口，去marion shopping centre很方便，直达！有101直达Flinders门口，190直达Glenelg！！！交通真的很便利！房租每周才315，很公道的价格！房东人很好，在悉尼，从不来打扰，但是会经常来帮忙除草！家里有基本的家具，包水，做饭用Gas，非常便宜！电和gas都有，不需开通！夏天有空调，风扇，冬天有火炉（用gas），很省！家里有卫星电视，各省卫视都能收到，吃饭的时候也可以看电视，有家的感觉！{:2_56:}和房东商量一下，应该可以养宠物~~暂时能想到的信息就这么多，如果还有什么想问的，直接加我QQ或打我电话，非常欢迎{:2_56:}~~如果想租，12月7号available，直接和房东签约！上几张图片，不是很会发，谅解吧！{:2_56:}
