大家好，南边好区Edwardstown House现有二个房间出租，即可入住：

地理位置：步行一分钟到woodland火车站，快车十分钟到CITY，慢车15分钟到CITY，爱坐汽车的朋友穿过铁路线就是241车，直达CITY唐人街，步行十分钟到CASTLE PLAZA购物中心，COLES, TARGET和M记，四大银行近在咫尺。MARION购物中心亦只隔四五个（火车）站；周边环境极其幽静，无需担心噪音问题；周边住房以LOCAL为主，安全绝对没有问题；

大房间：面积约15㎡，双人床，书桌，床头柜，四门壁橱；

小房间：面积约12-13㎡，QUEENSIZE床，书桌，床头柜，三门壁橱；

停车位：超大后院，有车的朋友想停多少辆都可以；

其他：ADSL2+无限下载; 厨房有足够多橱柜和空间以供摆放餐具，420L大容量冰箱足够三~四人用；

房东：一对极其随和的夫妇，男主人是LOCAL，日常对话以英语为主，英文水平想不提高都不行；
