交通便利，位于EDWARDSTOWN 的环境优雅安静，设备齐全1000多平米的HOUSE，现有一16平方米的大房间可供出租，屋内有嵌入式的大书桌和大衣橱，提供舒适的QUEEN SIZE 床和床垫，采光好，居住绝对舒适。房间内还有COOLING SYSTEM,夏天就不怕热咯。附图如下：[attach]422252[/attach]

全家具，拎包入住。
交通便捷：步行一分钟到火车站，步行3分钟到公车站，火车10分钟到CITY，公交车可选择719，720，721。
购物方便：步行10分钟，到CASTLE PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER（内有TARGET，COLES，FOODLAND，ALL PHONES COMPANY，POST，BANK ANZ ，HUNGRY JACK，SUBWAY），步行6分钟可到GOOD GUY
厨具齐全。双开门冰箱，净水器方便饮用纯净水，微波炉，咖啡机，SLOW COOKER,打蛋器，榨汁机，锅碗瓢盆，该有的都有。
设施齐全：花园内有篮球圈，练力量的健身器材
因学生搬到墨尔本，现空出。随时可入住，可联系看房。
现住有四人（其中一对是房东COUPLE),希望室友是爱干净面善好相处的。如果性格开朗的最好，因为想长期要住的，性格还是要相投比较好。其他住的人性格都比较直爽。另外煮东东过辣过油的请绕道
租不仅是房间，更是融洽的气氛。租的不仅是四面墙，更是满园的春色。
我说租房也是看缘分。
