如果是因为公司倒闭或者公司人为的不肯担保Pr,全部退钱，一分不扣，这个可以写进合同

你好，我们可以保证雇主这方面100%没问，但是雇主担保还有很多因素取决于被担保者自身的条件，还有部分运气，但是如果能满足移民局的所有条件，基本问题不大的。

我知道457是4年临时LONG STAY签证，186是雇主担保永久签证，187是偏远雇主担保永久签证

如果雇主想担保，他们考虑什么才决定选择上面哪种签证更适合这个员工？

是政府有QUOTA么？还是赞助不同签证对公司会造成不同的费用？

要看担保的雇主是否具备担保资格，
要看申请人是否具备被提名的资格，和签证申请条件和要求。
