交通：

1. 步行5分钟即有免费tram 可以直达UniSA，阿大， Rundle Mall，中国城，生活学习极其方便。

2. 家门口步行5秒就有公交车站 B10 B12 都是15mins go zone，非常方便

3. 步行15-20分钟可以到city

生活：

步行1分钟有FOODLAND, Post等

房租：
$125+share bill per week

直接与Local房东签合同，至少半年，绝无二房东。 房东人非常Nice，定期会来清扫花园。

房子一共三个房间，包括你，一共住四个人，室友都很nice ，容易相处。

地点极佳，每周可以省下交通费。绝对适合经常出入city的童鞋，却又比city的放假便宜一半。

PS： 不租couple，不能养宠物，希望有良好的生活作息习惯，爱干净，配合定期轮流卫生打扫。
