A stylish townhouse located in Norwood Suburb.
There are 3 rooms in total. However, there is 1 room which will be available starting Oct 31 or Nov 1.
$160 all included. Electricity, gas, water, internet all included!
And its fully furnished.
So all you need is to bring your clothes with you when you move in.
Attached is the map from our house to University of Adelaide.

It's really close to city. If you prefer walking to uni to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it only takes 30minutes.
Well, u could also go to city by bus. You can take H30, H31, B10, 174, W90.
The good thing is you do not need to look at the time table at all because the bus comes very often on weekdays.
The distance from the house to the bus stop is 3 minutes. Once you take the bus, it only takes 5 minutes to city.

The place is really good and close to city. There are 2 great young ladies living in the other two rooms. Both are university students. Looking for another female roommate to rent the other room.
