我们上个周把房子的钥匙还给中介，中介去做了final inspection同房东一起并没有叫我们一起。我们搬进去的时候房子就没有清理干净，现在我们请人洗了地毯并且就有发票，中介又说不干净，要求我们付所有的cleaning fee,我们应该交吗？本来就很脏的房子，我们已经尽量清洁了，她还是要我们付清洁费。现在中介又说我们的房子已经completed，我们应该怎么办？我们都没有看到中介清洁过后的房子，我们应该按照他们说的付钱吗？？

我相当同情你的遭遇。不知道你当时搬入这个房子的时候有无拍照片？以证明当时房子是没有清理干净的。
如果你有拍照的话，可以将这些照片发给中介，同其理论。但是如果你没有拍照的话，这个就会比较困难。
如果你想进一步咨询，你可以去Consumer & Business Services咨询，他们有一个租售部门专门负责解答租客的疑问。
