西南区ASCOT PARK，二层楼独立house,1双人房出租！（已租）

双砖房，2个浴室，2个卫生间，家具齐全，交通便利！包网络 ADAM 200G每月！

要求： 1. 爱干净。饭后不洗碗，没有良好生活习惯的朋友，请自觉绕行！

2. 喜安静。适合工作后想找个安静环境休息的朋友，和想找个安静环境学习的学生！

也不希望租客带其他人回家（自己的家，不想对我不认识的人太开放）！

而且，对其他人的生活和休息也会有或多或少也会有影响！

3. 室内禁止吸烟！

4. NO PETS!

男女不限，有良好生活习惯，性格随和，容易相处就好！

出租房间照片：115+share 煤气水电账单（大概每周12左右，之前一直都这样）

Queen size 床，窗帘是双层的，薄的纱帘后面还有一个厚的卷帘！
