觉得合适的朋友可以约时间来看房。
老房子，冬暖夏凉，且有中央空调。三室两卫，我们出租其中的一间，大房间或者小房间，两人租或者一人租，先到先得咯。下房间的大床比较贵重，希望入住的朋友爱惜之。
房子目前是家庭居住，两大人两孩子。我们用不完这么多地方，所以想分一间出租。
惯例都是4周押金，我们也一样操作。可携带小型宠物，如：兔子，荷兰鼠等，谢绝猫狗。

房子租金很低了，一般share bill 也就这个价，咱可是全包啊。。。。。
