我们都是就读阿大的学生。住在这里都已经很长时间了。之前的几位房客都是抵达adelaide后直接住到直接毕业的。
诚心为一个温馨卧房（有窗户，且绝非隔间。）找一个安静爱干净无不良嗜好的室友。

房子：
占地700平米的双砖House, 冬暖夏凉，4 室2厅1浴1卫，浴室和厕所分开两间，互不影响，厨房独立一间带门不影响卧室客厅，洗衣房单独一间和住房区域分开。现在住着4人，3个阿大本科的女生，一位陪读妈妈。。。都是女生，所以希望找安静的室友同住，男女皆可，但是女生优先啦，嘿嘿\(^o^)/~

交通
房子位于PARAFIELD GARDENS,距离车站 步行三分钟，15分钟到CITY，火车的优点就是非常准点，没有堵车的烦恼哦。

距离学校：
南澳UNISA CITY WEST，下了车站，就在斜对面，步行2分钟。
阿大ADELAIDE UNI/UNISA CITY EAST，下车步行10分钟到学校, 但是下火车就有直达阿大的公交车，基本上和火车到的时间接起来的。
距离MAWSON LAKE， 两站路，4分钟
SHOPPING：
步行5分钟有FOODLAND，越南餐馆，韩国烤肉店，还有pizza店，步行10分钟或开车2分钟有大的亚洲超市，CHINATOWN里中国超市的东西都买的到哦，东西还非常新鲜，开车5分钟有两个大型SHOPPING CENTRE，COLE,WOOLWORTHS, TARGET, HS,BW，几乎大的超市全有。

HOUSE设施：
电视加中文卫星，客厅现在几乎没人用，如果喜欢，欢迎霸占。
另外家里还有2个冰箱，1个洗衣机，微波炉，烤箱，电饭锅等厨具俱全。整个房子配中央空调。炎热的夏季家里非常凉爽。

房间设施：
双人床，书桌，椅子，衣柜，储物柜

网络：
100G流量。(如果有必要可以看情况加搭配200G)

租金：
90AUD/周， SHARE BILLS，4 weekbond.

附加特色：
后院种有各种果树：橙子树，柿子树，桃子树，杏儿树，柠檬树，李子树。到季节可随便吃，天然无公害。后院还留有空地，可种各种蔬菜。


不抽烟，无宠物，无不良嗜好，安静，女生优先，因为现在房里都住的女生啦~\(≧▽≦)/~

入住时间：4月27日-6月30日
