另外关于补钙，其实不管是不是怀孕，坐月子还是什么都应该补，但是不要过量，有的人觉得坐月子应该大补，我还听说什么一天至少5个鸡蛋的，其实完全没有必要，给自己的身体增加负担，适量，有节制的补一下就好了，注意修养
