楼主大好人，不过发这种帖子分明是想气死我们这些没奶的娘啊。。。其实我觉得，不要过于纠结于母乳还奶粉之 ...

你说的真好。本来我也想让自己解放，喂母乳实在太累了，宝宝喝了奶粉后能一觉睡4，5个小时，但是母乳吃不饱，睡一会就醒就要老喂，夜里起来几次也要喂好长时间，乳头还疼，弄的大人精疲力尽。可是亲戚朋友都说母乳好，吃母乳的孩子抵抗力强，医院发的册子上还写着母乳喂养的孩子长大后肥胖和2型糖尿病的几率小的多而且智力更好一些。看到那些我就犹豫了，又不想放弃母乳了，整天纠结中。。。

母乳前六个月是最好的,也最方便,但如果太辛苦,还不如不母乳,我也并不觉得母乳的小孩抵抗力强,或者就比奶粉宝宝强哦,,身体素质和饮食调理,生活方式,等因素的关系比是否母乳大多了
