比如：像肯特鸡的纸袋只能出售给肯特鸡专卖店，noodbox的食品盒只能出售给noodbox的店。是这样吗？如果是普通人家聚会想买一次性的食品盒，只能是买没有商标的。

不知道意思表达清楚了没有，想咨询律师，担心触犯法律。
