One of the leading development company in Australia is looking for an energetic and professional Personal Assistant to join their business on a Full time basis. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a highly sort after company with an outstanding team culture.
You will be highly organised and be able to produce excellent work in pressured time scales as this is a very fast paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be responsible for diary management, travel coordination, organisation of conferences and meetings, preparation of correspondence and any other duties in which they require.
To be successful you will have a minimum of 1 year visa term in Australia, you will be extremely well presented with excellent communication skills as well as having the ability to multi task.
You will have excellent IT knowledge as we are expecting someone to hit the ground running.
