出门2分钟就是Coloes超市，Woolworth也不远！5分钟TRAM站直达CITY！出门5分钟到海滩！
出门便利，坏境优美，你们都懂的。

因为要回国，所以房间短租出去。2014年12月22号空出来，可以租到3月3号。

3个房间，大房间给你住，室友是住小房间的，还有一间是书房。可以把电脑摆过去玩（在房间玩也可以，我买了个小桌子）。

SHARE BILL，热水，煤气，网络。
网络是ADAM，200G的，所以尽量不要下大型游戏或者1GB+的电影，不过流量超了自己再卖就是。
上网速度很快的，玩游戏绝对没问题。看视频电影，尽量到书房来，在房间会拖网速。

家里东西还是一应俱全的。

还有一个车位可以停车。
