还有恳请大家不要半夜三更打电话给我了, 不是人人都半夜1点多才睡觉的.

补充: 房子在后院离前面的房子很远,互不影响. 还有房东我不住那边的, 有房东恐惧症的请放心, 除了一月一次房东过来除草,其他时间你们自己好好活,别添乱就好.

没有停车位, 只有路边停, 爱车如命的朋友,请不要联系了, 房东我帮不了你,除非你出钱租大房子的停车位,让前面的住户把车位给你让出来.

没有家具, 请大家看清楚, 不要再和房东我商量加钱让我添家具了, 我真的没法办到.
